Previously, Eoin co-founded Advanced Molecules, contributing to the development of bioprocessing solutions. He also successfully founded and sold LKM Music & Media after 11 years, showcasing his expertise in team leadership, regulatory navigation, and strategic partnerships.

Thomas S. Ross is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in banking, project finance, M&A, and public service. In addition to his considerable political, campaign, and communications experience, he has launched several successful businesses.
While in corporate banking Mr. Ross led a cross-division process review that resulted in $20 million in annual savings. He also served on the M&A team that identified and evaluated potential acquisition targets. Additionally, Mr. Ross oversaw the systems integration of a $3 billion credit card portfolio and was responsible for marketing and credit performance analytics for several credit card portfolios.

Debangsha Sarkar is a machine learning expert with ten years of industrial and academic research and development experience. He has a 2x Master in Computer Science and Data Science from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
As a machine learning engineer, he has been a published author and a developer. As the Project Manager and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EclimAI he leads the development team to deliver the short and long term visions of the company.

Sean Wilusan is a patent and trademark attorney with a neuroscience, biology, and chemistry background. In his legal practice, he focuses on providing intellectual property counsel to individuals, early-stage businesses, and expanding businesses.
Sean's legal practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the fields of consumer products, clothing/apparel, computer software/hardware, artificial intelligence, medical devices, and life sciences. His practice also focuses on patent counseling, patent validity/invalidity & FTO opinions, and patent portfolio analysis and management.
Technical Advisor to the Board
Dr. Aljosa Smolic is a lecturer in AR/VR at HSLU since 2022. Before that, he was SFI Research Professor of Creative Technologies at Trinity College Dublin (TCD, 2016-2021), where he was heading the research group V-SENSE, on visual computing, combining computer vision, computer graphics and media technology, to extend the dimensions of visual sensation.
His research interests include immersive technologies such as AR, VR, volumetric video, 360/omni-directional video, light fields, and VFX/animation, with a special focus on deep learning in visual computing. Before joining TCD, Dr. Smolic was with Disney Research Zurich as Senior Research Scientist and Head of the Advanced Video Technology group (2009-2016).
Technical Advisor to the Board
Gareth is an interdisciplinary Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Statistics at Trinity College Dublin. Within the Graphics and Vision discipline, he researches the intersection of artistic practice, human computer interaction (HCI), and extended-reality (XR) technology.
His academic interests have grown from a life-long passion for technology mediated creativity, as applied in multiple disciplines and co-creative media contexts.
